 MOCHIP  (Missouri Children’s Identification and Protection Program)

FREE Child ID Badges which includes data on a CD, finger printing, and DNA -dental impressions. Height charts and scales are available at the event to facilitate the most current details regarding the child. Security and privacy are of utmost importance to MoCHIP. The parent receives all collected data and specimens in a preprinted yellow envelope. At the end of the event, databases are erased using state-of-the-art software. The only item retained by the Masonic Children’s Foundation is the signed permission slip. Time Saver! Download and fill out forms and bring them to event!
